Tired of having small breasts, this 28-year-old woman wanted to fill out her bathing suit a little more. She began looking for a surgeon who performed breast enlargement in Los Angeles and who had a reputation for quality and natural-looking results. After finding out about the work of Marina Plastic Surgery Associates’ board-certified plastic surgeons, she decided to make an appointment.

Since there was some asymmetry in her breast size, her surgeon recommended that she have a 420 cc implant on the right and a 375 cc implant on the left to give her breasts a fuller look while making them appear symmetrical. During her procedure, her surgeon inserted the implants through an inframammary incision (an incision located where the bottom of the breast meets the chest wall) and placed them under the muscle for a more natural look.

After her procedure was completed, she went from a 32 A to a 32 C. Her breasts now look fuller while still maintaining a natural shape and slope. She is very happy with the way her breasts look and she now fits into her clothing and bathing suit better.
