This 39-year-old mother wanted to restore the fullness of her breasts that she had during pregnancy and breastfeeding. To achieve that goal, she decided to have Los Angeles breast augmentation.

At Marina Plastic Surgery Associates, one of our board-certified plastic surgeons met with her to discuss her options for surgery. In her case, he recommended using cohesive silicone gel implants. In performing the surgery, he placed the implants under the muscle through periareolar incisions.
