This 29 year old woman elected to replace her smaller saline implants with Mentor 400 cc Siltex silicone gel implants to both increase the size of her breasts and to improve the feel. The procedure was performed through periareolar incisions with sub-glandular placement. She did not like the feel of the saline implants beneath the breast and did not want submuscular placement. The saline implants were done elsewhere and were 325cc. She now wears a 34D bra. The procedure was done in conjunction with her mini tummy tuck.
