This 38-year-old female desired breast reduction surgery because her large, pendulous breasts were causing back and neck pain. She elected to have an “anchor” scar incision breast reduction. She also had the LaserBra technique to give a longer-lasting lift using her own tissues. The nipples remained attached to the breast at all times. Her back and neck pain have resolved since the operation.
