This 52 year old woman was “tired of looking tired” with dark circles under her eyes that weighed her eyes down even when she was well-rested. She met with one of the surgeons at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates to find a knowledgeable doctor for skin care in Los Angeles. Her doctor recommended Restylane® (1.0 cc syringe) injected underneath her eyes to make them seem less hollow, healthier and much more “awake.”

Restylane is cosmetic dermal filler which adds volume to the skin. It is composed of hyaluronic acid which occurs naturally in the human body and works with water to make the skin appear fuller and more youthful. Once injected, the treatment lasts for about six months before an additional injection is needed.

For this woman, the photos taken just before, just after and a week after the treatment show the dark circles disappearing from underneath her eyes. In the latest photo, she looks healthier and more alert. She no longer has to be “tired of looking tired” after her treatment with Restylane in Los Angeles.
