This 42-year-old woman worked out vigorously to achieve the figure she wanted, but she could not fix the changes in her lower abdomen, upper thighs and breasts that occurred following her pregnancies. After some consideration, she decided to find out more about plastic surgery in L.A. and ultimately, she contacted Marina Plastic Surgery Associates for a consultation.

Since she had multiple areas of concern after having children, she would be undergoing a combination of procedures which is frequently called a mommy makeover. There is no set combination of procedures for a mommy makeover, but typically it includes breast enhancement, a tummy tuck and often liposuction. For this patient, she would undergo a breast augmentation with gummy bear implants, a tummy tuck and power-assisted liposuction on her abdomen and thighs to sculpt her body back to its pre-pregnancy figure.

When her surgeries were completed, she was thrilled with the results. Finally, her breasts were full and large, her stomach was flat and her thighs were slimmer and more even.
