Working similarly to a computer program, Fraxel® Laser treats skin “pixel by pixel” instead of as a total surface treatment. ThermaCool™ operates similarly, as a noninvasive “face-lift” treatment. Instead of working “pixel by pixel,” ThermaCool™ treats the deep layers of skin via radio frequencies. By targeting deep layers of the skin, new collagen fibers are generated, creating a firmer and tighter structure under sagging or wrinkled skin. Skin becomes tauter and smoother. Loose skin is pulled back into place, making it an ideal treatment along jaw lines, on the forehead and around the eyes.
